What is your favourite pasta dish?
At the moment it's my own adapted recipe for vegan caramelized onion pasta.
Pretty much no socks apart from the occasional grey trainer socks if I'm out walking.
I used to go regularly when I lived a short drive away from the nearest gym but since I moved to a more remote location I've installed some gym equipment in my house.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give your teenage self?
That's a tough choice for a vegan but I'd lean towards vegetables.
To better trust my instincts.
French, German and some Latin.

What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever visited?
I'm an early riser, awake by 6.00am but I'm rarely in bed before midnight.
A castle in Scotland, a temporary home for Mary, Queen of Scots during the mid 1500's. We stayed there for a week. It was an amazing experience.

What is your ultimate goal before the end of the year?
'NotDeadYet' probably
To get my recording studio up and running which in turn will allow me to get the rest of my property back to some degree of normality.
