If you'd ask me that 3 years ago I would have said I live in a hovel. Luckily I've managed to turn around a lifetime of living in substandard properties and now live in a large detached house near the sea. I've also just finished converting a proportion of the property into a profession grade recording studio.

I think historically it referred to a particular type of small building but today it's used to describe shabby, run down housing 🙂

An Arctic polar bear due to the fact that it's top of the food chain and I much prefer cold weather 🙂

Very unlikely although advances in tech tends to drive down the cost of some electronics. Deflation is generally not seen as desirable especially when it's sustained because it leads to economic stagnation. I don't recall seeing any major periods of deflation in the UK during my lifetime.

I would check that I wasn't over medicated, intoxicated or suffering from a severe head wound
