We had an old, completely ruined Gibson Archtop (probably an L-5) at home which was kept as an ornament. It was nearly as big as me so I must have been very young when I first attempted to play it. Because it had never been properly looked after or set up it was almost impossible to play and really painful.

I bought my first proper guitar, a second hand 1967 Fender Telecaster when I was 11 or 12 which was a revelation. Within a few weeks I was playing live gigs in a band.

I also use Firefox on Windows, but I'm thinking of switching back to Brave. In fact, I'm thinking about going back to Linux soon.

Which e-mail provider do you use?

No and I've yet to have an accident even though I've been driving for around 45 years. I have owned cars capable of very high speeds and driven them at speed but only on private circuits. On public roads I drive like a granny 😀
