a)
1. The theme is very bland, and very square looking, maybe adding rounded corners and some new colours might help.
2. There is no community oriented section, apart from Rules, which is down the bottom. Having a News section, Feedback/Suggestions and Introduction section in 1 category up the top is really a must.
3. There are some broken pictures scattered throughout the forum, I suggest changing them as they look bad.
