Well I know in connecticut only the driver and the passenger have to wear seatbelts. And anyone under like 13 has to wear a seatbelt in the back.. Anyone older in the back doesn't have to wear one.. I think it's 13.. It's some low age though.

Ah nice one, I was bored one day and started downloading all this software and oe of them had a super trojan virus. It destroyed my computer. The power button didnt even work
