There's a quite posh restaurant literarily 50 meters from my apartment. Been there a couple of times, really good food!
Why?

Either a sloth or a bird. Choosing between them is like choosing between a cultural destination and a beach destination for your holidays: do you want to relax with a pink umbrella drink or go to museums and see architectural landmarks to get some new impressions?
I imagine dragons, centaurs and yetis require a lot of space to move around, and living in a small townhouse apartment makes complicates that. An unicorn should be easy enough to maintain, I imagine they have quite the same needs as your regular horse, but of course that would require a stable and I just can't acquire a stable with these current inflated property prices. Not quite sure what a fairy eats, but as long as it doesn't take up too much space, maybe just a small cupboard, I'm sure I'll be able to get it what it needs.
