You don't have a lot of members, but it may be hard for you to get a lot because you are talking about a specific medical condition. For your forum I would suggest joining a larger community about various medical conditions and post your forum in your signature, or go on blogs. I know for a fact there are a lot of people with Asbergers and Autism (and various types of Asbergers and Autism), (with quite a couple in my family) and when people with Asbergers learn about your forum, they will most likely join to talk about hardships with living with Asbergers, medication etc.
