Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The forum's got a really good look to it. The grey and black really suit the theme just right. The banner is a very nice display of what the forum has to offer. Very nice job and getting all of that set up.
You may want to consider getting some custom new/old posts icons made for the index page. The sheet of paper you're currently using now, just really falls flat, when compared to the rest of the forum. Plus, I'm not really a big fanb of the side menus to the left of the forum. Seems all of this is covered from the Portal Page, when first arriving. Seeing ads sprawled all across the forum, is an eyesore.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
This doesn't feel like a community for just anyone, so i understand the set up you have, and I'll go easy on you. But, some changes still can help improve the layout you have going. First, it's always best to have anything Forum Related at the very top, Announcement/comments/suggestions, is what I'm referring to.
Also, I think only your announcements, and new members board should remain up to. Then, move all other boards, down to the bottom of the forum. Plus, i feel pretty confident that Member Tow Rigs, will work just fine as a topic, under the Pictures and Videos Board, and just make that more in general of ALL pics relating to ATV's and other things that relate.
Well, after a year, and noone's submitted a product review, ATV Sector Product Reviews, may be time to let go of that section. Members usually don't like to post reviews, but, if you find actual consumer reviews, may be ok, to make a topic, and posta link to the review. Otherwise, I don't se this Board having much use.
Looking through some other boards, it really seems that alot of them should be combined into one. Just find more general descriptions, that broaden the subject. There's no need for one board for everything separately. 1 Board with 10 topics, and 50 posts; looks alot better, than 10 separate Boards, with 1 topic, and 4 posts apiece. See where I'm getting at?

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
It's very hard to have a forum based on one theme; then, what's even harder, is actually getting people interested in your theme, to actually find the forum, then; hope they actually join. You're member count, by all means, is actually decent, based on the one theme your forum is based on. But, what really hurts, is the current post count. That's only an average of 6 posts per member.
Just seems like discussions about ATV's can only go so far.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
So far, cause there's no other way to find out, I can only find one current active Admin on the forum. And to be honest, this is good enough. Though, you may need to get a partner, to work as global mod, someone who you can trust to be active; and help with activity. Staff's participation is the most important element in any striving forum.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Honestly, speelings not really an issue. I did read over some posts, and all your board descriptions. The issue, for me, as i mentioned up above, you have some excessive amount of boards. Particularly in the ATV Forums section. And, as you went down the list, and adding board description, you made the same mistake most admins to, is repeat the same phrase ... Discuss ( insert Board title ) stuff for ATVs here. and it goes all the way down.
I'm not an ATV rider, or fan, but would be nice to know exactly what each Board was about. Like Snorkeling, and Dyno & tunning.

Final Remarks:
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The Banner. Was very established, and represented the forum's theme , entirely.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Too many excessive Boards, and alot of them organized unprofessionally.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I've rode them, but don't have much to say about ATV's. It's just not a subject I see too many people wanting to go onto the internet to discuss about. Maybe find some ATV related sites, get to know their community, and have a signature, with yout banner, and link in it while you post ... you might find new members that way.
