Auto Application Mod for vB 4?

Is there a mod out there for vBulletin 4 that allows a user to view the available positions on the forum, read the requirements, and then select a position they want and fill out a form? The form would then be automatically sent to an admin via e-mail or PM.

I've been looking and looking but I dont know if I'm looking in the right place.
