Auto Posting to Google+, Facebook, Twitter

How do I do that so that posts get sent to my group pages? I know there are ways to set this up. It sure would save me some time. I go in daily and pick two posts to add to my pages and share some content from other pages. It would be nice if I just had things going right into my Twitter account at least and maybe Facebook. I am keeping Google+ a little more organized though.

Mine would be a forum. I would like to have it more of a standalone APP/Script that I can pick and choose things from my rss feed. =]

I know a extension for chrome that can easily copy link of your post to clipboard, then it will share your post on over 100 site in its list. It's name is ADD THIS. Have any one used it tool?
