Use animation windows in Photoshop CS5.
Look up a vid in YT how to use it.
Its easy.

Seems quite simple, even with Photoshop...

This is made in after effects, nothing is made in photoshop, so i only need an ae tutorial.

If someone can made a tut about this exact thing, good, will get 1000 fp, if not, ill figure it out.

That would be easy to do even with GIMP. All you need are layers, the letter 'M', the word 'Manifest', the blur effect, and the video line effect. That blue-red color that pops up behind the 'M' can be made by making a larger font-size of the letter 'M' and stretching it out layer by layer.

Why would you use after effects to design?
That's a video editor...
You can animate in PS and Gimp...
