AWS, CloudFlare, Load Balancers; How to get real IP?

I'm hosting my forum on Amazon Web Services with Elastic BeanStalk. There is a problem while the CF-Forwarded-For (or whatever it is) transfers to the load balancer Mybb is still detecting the load balancer's IP Address. What can I do to fix this?

Setup: CloudFlare >> Load Balancer >> App Server >> MySQL Server.
