Don't fill in any profile fields (location, signature, occupation, etc.) Only the ones; password, e-mail address, and name

Your forum is alive and big which is a good thing and you have at least 5 months in this forum...the most is another 30-40 years...
I would suggest you advertise in other places besides here by looking through the InvisionFree Resource forums and you could get a couple more members. Because I remember a month ago when I was the 100th user. Now changing forums is very hard for many administrators but it can get your forum organized and people will enjoy it more. A common category order will go in the order below...
  • 1. Announcements/News
    2. Forum Topic (In Your Case Animal Crossing)
    3. General and Off-Topic

I would suggest moving the A-Xing Category up which will move the two General Area and the Discussion Area together.

I would also try unlocking your news, because when you or one of your staff post a topic it will not show there is a new post...

Anyway, Good Luck with your forum as you are doing a good job!

Bump.

We now have 110 members, and over 18700 posts. We want 20000 by Spet. 18th. We've done harder things! We once got 1000 posts in 3 days!
