• Upon opening the forum, I honestly wasn't sure what I was looking at. I'd recommend getting a bigger banner.
  
• The color scheme is pretty nice.
  
• All forums have posts in theme. That's pretty good.
  
• I'm glad you have your own icons.
  
• The Did You Know generator is a good idea, but I don't know if it's really something a forum should have. Not on the front page, anyway.
  
• Forum has a fair amount of staff members. I'd not recommend getting more unless activity really kicks up.

Pretty much what Grevious said although I dis-agree with the random facts, they are quite funny. The theme is great, but try adding more forums and you might see a change in activity levels.

I agree, umm, first looks didn't really know what I was looking at. For the navigation, I suggest changing them from just images to add text. It is a BAD thing to have to scroll first to even see content starting. i would make the area that the header takes up smaller if you could.
