Your Forum Review
For me first impressions are everything and I'm afraid your site didn't give me a good one, I have a 800x600 screen and could not see any forums due to the advert, banner etc, I dislike sites that have a massive header section, there is no need for it but seems to be a thing with zeta boards, the "did you know" box does not need to be there and takes away from what is important, which is your forums.
The site logo fits the colour scheme of your site but is very basic, you need to look at improving both the logo and theme as I have over 10 years experience with forums know that you will lose potential members based on first impressions. The other thing I struggled with was the small font for the forum descriptions, I actually had to zoom the page to be able to read them.

Site Layout - (Out of 20) After I got past the banner and adverts the actual layout is very good your forum is how I would expect a forum to be laid out and you have made very good use of the sub-forum feature and there is nothing I could pick you up on so very well done for that

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20) You opened 6th April and have a post count of 2544 which is an amazing 254 post per day, that is truly amazing you keep that going and you will become very big very quick. Keep doing what you are doing, you have a good member count as well so look to keep improving that but at the same time try and make sure the members you have keep posting.
While I was online there were plenty of users active which is always good to see, there is nothing worse that reviewing a site and find no one online

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20) For a board of your site I would say have 1 admin and 1 moderator and that is exactly what you have done, you both are very active which is always a must and both have good post counts so you both come across as very dedicated to the site. I spent a while browsing the forum and could not find any issues which need staff attention so it shows you have a good community and you are both doing your jobs.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20) I read all the site descriptions and a quite a few post made by the staff and found no spelling or grammar errors, it shows that you have been a reviewer in the past as you no what people pick up on.

Final Remarks: You have made an amazing star and your forum shows you have been a reviewer in the past as you picked up full marks in 4 of the 5 categories, you theme let you down if not you might have gotten full marks, look at either tweaking the existing theme or getting a new one done.
