Baby hit by train survives

A six-month-old baby had a miraculous escape after his stroller rolled off a railway station platform and into the path of an incoming train.

The footage shows the baby's mother momentarily letting go of the stroller, which then rolls over the edge of the platform. Second later, a train pulls in to the station.

She wasnt neglecting the baby.. She just made a mistake... A very BAD one.

Unless I misread, she did nothing wrong. It was just a freak accident.

I saw this on the news. I couldn't bear to look at the mother after the stroller fell.

Oh yeah, this was in my city and I use that train service almost everyday. I was amazed. It's not very often that you get that kind of luck.

Though a few days later (or before?), a man got his leg caught in the train door and was dragged between Melbourne Central and Parliament, dying in the process. 🙁 This was despite his wife and kid overlooking and passengers frantically pressing the emergency release button. I read that and was absolutely horrified.

He was still "hit" per-say, just not hit in the form of a full-blown hit.

Nothing is cool about being run over by a train and surviving. Erm..I mean, it's cool he lived, but nothing is cool about him being hit at all.
