Back from Hospital

So I was took away in an ambulance on Sunday night at around 12pm after going through terrible stomach pains since about 6pm. Then spent a day in hospital on a load of various drugs until they decided at 10pm on Monday night to operate on me and remove my appendix. Woke up at 6am with no recollection of anything from the operation or afterwards (got to love the anaesthetic to make me sleep) with needles been stuck in me. I spent Tuesday recovering and this morning managed to get home for Christmas. Now I have 2-4 weeks of sitting around and no sports for like 10-18 weeks. So, if you were wondering where I was...

Well, because there's more than one Hospital? It's not The Hospital, it's a Hospital. 😛

Then
"Back from Hospital" should be "Back from a hospital" or "Back from the hospital"
and
"Then spent a day in hospital" should be "Then spent a day in a hospital" or "Then spent a day in the hospital"

Terribly painful appendicitis. I had it removed on a Saturday and was back playing football on the Monday (which is a bad idea).

Glad you got back for Christmas and I hope you recover well!

Ah yeah, they caught my acute appendicitis before I was in a lot of pain and removed it a couple of years ago. I remember I walked like an old man for a couple of weeks before fully recovering! Either way, glad you're okay. Both my mom and I have had my appendix removed and hers was close to rupturing.
