Notes?: This may be a unusual request but I am in need of a new background on my forum. I recently had a review done which said the background does not match the theme. Please no text on it. As to be something similar to computer.

You want a 1024x768 background to your forum?

Is that really a good idea? My resolution is greater than that, so if it doesn't tile perfectly it'll look weird, not to mention the effect on load-times.

Looks like the css file is set to repeat both vertically and horizontally so a smaller image would work fine as long as it is tiled properly.
