Hey guys,

Quick question:

How do I change the background of my forum?

See the steam icon with the apple in the background? And how it stays in one place as I scroll down?

How do I change that?

I want there to be a different image AND I want it to stay static, like it is now, so the page moves on top of the background.

Open the CSS and paste the code here.

Just change the image to another one of same name.
Or open global.css of your theme in ACP -> Templates & Styles and change the image name in body class.
