Backlinks from Pinterest

Pinterest backlinks are no follow. But they could still be relevant, right? The site is very active with visitors. And, there is some indication that Google counts all links, not just do follow (they just don't follow the link onto the site or pass page rank). What's your thoughts about using Pinterest for SEO?

Pinterest is a great Social tool to get Direct traffic from Board creation there. It helps a lot to increase Direct & Referral traffic.

I agree with RH Calvin, even if the blinks are no-follow, you can get quality traffic to your website.
