Where are you getting this info from? Depending on where you got it it might not even be accurate. Except the Alexa, that's probably accurate, but a lot of those SEO plug ins and sites aren't accurate for Google because google changes its coding so often.

Sites that update regularly, that are SEO friendly, sites that provide dofollow links and has quality content would be a good thing to start with. 🙂
