Do you ever have a situation on your forum where someone wants to act like a backseat moderator, even when they don't have the official title. Do you tolerate this behavior? And, would someone who does this be a good candidate for real moderator position?

I personally do not like it as it puts the member then in a spot where you have to clean it up. If the person means well and they're actually helping out in a way that even if it violates the rules, it's beneficial, then maybe.
