Tell others what to do and what not to do (acting as if they were staff).

Same here, we do have a rule against it. No need to call people out when you're not on staff.

A lot of people including me have a rules against it. It's annoying and there is a report post function there for a reason, but some people just want to help and don't realize it.

I agree, there are some people that are just simply eager to help you out, and therefore they call someone out on a wrongdoing without realizing that they themselves are doing anything wrong. So I definetly agree, that like anything else, there are a few exceptions.

I think it is just a joke, they are very annoying, and they should just use the report button. As they cause more hassle as they start flame wars.
