What is the site about?
We are a gaming community with 13 game servers and 1 voice server.
About our servers
Our game servers cosist of 11 Counter Strike Source servers, one Black Ops server and one minecraft server. Our voice servers consist of 1 Teamspeak 3 server with 32 slots. All popular with active players and admins. Thousands of players daily. We have a dedicated team of around 40 admins.
Our forum
We have an active community with two custom phpbb styles. We have almost 28k posts.
Plans for the future
In June - July we will be expanding. Giving us another eight or so game servers. Who knows where it will go from there? Possibly more servers. Or renting our cheap game servers for everyone.
How do you pay for it all?
We have 6 server owners. We split everything 6 ways which means we don't actually pay that much out, per person. We also get money from admins, donations and other services which we offer. We are a non profitable community. If we did make any profit it would not go in our pockets. It would go towards paying the next bills, advertising or any other financial aspect.
How do you manage it all?
Same as we do with cost. Split the work 6 ways. Each owner has their own set of jobs. We keep in regular contact with each other over the forum and over steam chat. We have weekly meetings to ensure everyone is happy and not struggling or unhappy.
How did you start the community?
We all met in an old community we all use to be part of. After a lot of us had disagreements with some people in that community we moved on and started this. We are all good friends.
