Get them on the phone. I've called them myself in the past, they have generally been easy to reach on the phone regarding customer issues. godaddy accounts are frequently hacked nowadays and this may have been some kind of safety on their part to freeze an account they suspect has been compromised.

The correct spelling is "bought", not "boughed". However on the subject matter, contact them back if something has gone wrong and yes the domain you bought, well has been cancelled and your money has been re-funded as per the notification you were sent.

You should you transfer the domain to other Domain Register, like Name Cheap because they may pull an other trick so they can get your domain.

GoDaddy is the best. You had to do something to make them do that. I have been buying domains forever, yet, I still have an active account.

He had the domain for about 24 hours, according to the whois.

I didnt read all the replies to the thread but what was your method of payment for the domain?
Paypal? Credit Card? ect..

I did it with paypal, my dads paybal. I also have let my friend, partner of my C&C site go into the account to change DNS settings. Could be why they thoughed it was hacked.
