Notes?: this is for a runescape thing and i need it so the background of the banner is all pixley and stuff and have it look sorta techno. then i need it to say Blue - "Scape is Number #1" on it. to rap it all up i need like 2 cutouts of runescape characters wherein some cool stuff like a "party hat" and all that so ima post the images below.
