Banner (400 FP Cash)

Okay, I need a banner for Webmaster Groove - SEO Admin Forum. And a favicon.

Banner: - 400 FP Cash

Size: 416px × 108px
How I Want It Made: It must emulate the "Groove" part of our name. I need it to be kind of groovy and attractive. It has to be the same sort of colours and same size of the current banner:
