Banner and favicon needed

Aqua blue. Paler than the blue on the screenshot.

Ok I would like the text in the center as shown in the screenshot. The banner shouldn't look like the default banner though. I would like the text to be rounded on the sides and give an ocean smooth kind of feel. On the left side of the text there should be a trident with the same color as the text. Here is an example of a trident(don't use it): http://bajan.files.wordpress.com/2008/12/trident.jpg Like that but aqua blue and no stand at the bottom.

Hmm could you make it a more pale lighter blue and make it kind of shiny?

I don't know how shiny I can make it, it's only 16 x 16, but here's what I tried.

That's good; could you make it a .ico file and transparent in the background?

I can change it to ico, but there is no place online (that I know of) that hosts ico images. Also ico images don't support transparent backgrounds.

This site http://www.iconj.com allows you to upload and host an ico image. You don't even need to sign up, just upload it and they give you a link to your image. It will also re-size/host any standard sized image to favicon dimensions and format.

Its the place that I uploaded and hosted my favicon (.ico image)

Edit: This is primarily used for favicons. I'm sure that everything you upload would be re-sized to favicon dimensions of 16x16 pixels.
