When you see my forum you can see a white outline can you fix it where it does not have that?

Thats pretty small for a banner size, but ok: http://i47.tinypic.com/2cfts84.png

Also, those images are white matted so editing won't do them any good. The matting is done by the graphics software so un-editing them will be a challenge for anyone.
