2. For text, Young venturers has to be a bit formal, preferably a sans-serif unique font and the subtext you can use your discretion. Just don't make it similar.

That's close mate.

The text is kinda small [for Young Venturers, its too simple...something along what Facebook uses or Sansation, just a classy sans-serif font], and the kids there are playing sport. The website is mainly geared towards web development...

Would be nice if you (or anyone else) could through in some web words like..seo, advertising, forums, blogs, success and $$ -- now these can be kinda small and thrown in randomly on the banner.

Two things, can you either make it transparent? I'm using #7F3F3F as the background color so I would appreciate two copies one that is transparent and another with #7F3F3F as the background..

And below it: Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
[You can get rid of the seo, forums, etc part]
