What banner exchange software should I use for my website ?

I have done google searches, and have some script names, but I am searching for users experiences.

Are you able to spend any money on this? I know of a few that are quite good but help to know if you mean free or not.

I can pay if it is worth paying for. but I cannot afford more than 30~40 US$

Are there any specific features you're in need of with it?

Either way, I remember Easy Banner Pro be quite good. They have a free version I do believe.

yeah, they have, I have tested it, but it is far too simple when compared to my needs, I was thinking of that one :
