Does anyone know of good banner Exchanges or Link exchange.

Personally I would not recommend using banner exchanges. Google's bot finds these links to be unnatural and in many cases unrelated to your site. This brings down the ranking of the site hosting the rotation and can even hurt your site's ranking in search engines.

I really don't like to do banner exchanges. Too many weird banners make your site look unattractive. And then you get those annoying private messages from the owners.
