Thanks (though I wouldn't say its basic. A simple rectangle with just text in it would be basic), so what would you suggest?

Please remember that its an advertising banner, so you wouldn't want to pack it with too much content.

make the color behind the logo different. and maybe change he colors of the black frames I guess..

And basic is bad? Design is about ideas - not about complex tools in Photoshop.

if you read "especially if they are both blue" then you would understand that they blue on blue dont work.

Breakdown:

A bluish box on a sky blue gradeient box dont work, well plus the first box has stroke and ec on it and the 2nd box dont have the same stroke, it just has a black stroke over it, so its like taking something and putting straight up on it without making any adjustments.

All you did was make some blue box's, add some "ribbons" and insert a logo. Nothing special, but it does look interesting overall.

Ok guys. I was looking for feedback not a fight 🙂 Simple is better than complicated for an advertising banner. If you want to get the message across, packing it with too much content may not have the same result as something simple.

I agree that simple is good.

But i am not too fond of that box in the middle. Maybe do something to make it fit in more? Not sure, just doesn't seem to fit for me.
