Type of Graphic: Banners. They will be used to advertise the contest on the forum.
Size in pixels: 468x60 and 260x120
Type of payment: Cash via PayPal, ~$4
Link to forum or screenshot: http://GeneralTalk.net
Colour scheme: Any. Could match the colour scheme of the current theme (Navia) or Cielo, you can select this from the 'Change Theme' drop down menu in the footer. You can use the small banner in my sig for ideas.
Text / Subtext on image: General Talk, Posting, Cash Prizes of $70
Link to images (if applicable): -
Notes?: Need to be made before Tuesday/Wednesday.

Do you want some icons etc to be used or just background and some text effects ?

also transparent background or a color ?

You can use icons if you want, whichever is better.

I would like a colour background, rather than a transparent background. The banners will be used to advertise the contest on the forum.
