By banner jumble do you mean an area where the banner changes with each page load?

Yea, I think it's a Image Rotation script...
But some sites (Advertising forums) has them like right above the forum sections

I have a relatively easy to install and maintain banner rotation script being used on my advertisement forum. Infact, the zip file for the very small program I attached to this post. You can set up any size graphical ads with it, but if you want to use multiple different sizes, you would either have to install multiple versions of the software for different sizes, or find a better script by using a search engine.
