You have to make sure that you have the www. right now while the domain name resolves.

Well, the domain isn't always necessary for making a banner, it just helps looking at the size and skin. Do you have a link to the skin?

Well here is the logo that came with the skin, it has the color scheme on it and basically shows the right size.
