Banner needed, file supplied, paid real cash $$

I am in need of a banner for my new site, it's a blog, i have a image currently that i want added.

Basically, i want you to add a text and a little slogan which i will send you, but i want it too look professional, which i can't seem to pull of myself.

I am willing to pay $2 USD for this, as it's not really a hard job.
