A payment is required? I never knew that... I thought it was optional. Well, I'll go with 20FP cash then, but I don't know if I've to pay the person that does the graphic request or vice versa.

It's alright, though it's not the kind I'm looking for. Not that it matters anyway. Although, I think the "RX" should be roughly the same colour as "Community" and that swirly graphic, and that I'd like the extra transparent space at the left side away. It's better for the banner to be sitting directly on the left side and not have a gap between it and the border.
