i have 2 questions...

[1] how can i resize a images without blur?

[2] how do i make anime banner?

anyone can teach or tell?

Both questions can be answered with only one answer.

Photoshop, or any good photo editor, you can find a few that are great, both free or paid options and support .PSD (photoshop's format) @
Graphical editors that support .PSD on Promotion Source, then just make the image the size you want it to be, don't make it too big or too small.

It really depends what you want, the best place would probably be tutorialized, although they won't be specific (i.e creating an anime banner.)

You could try using Google or YouTube. I like looking at YouTube tutorials because you can actually watch what you have to do. You could try these:

Oh, i had a simple Animation tutorial posted on FA, sadly I only posted it on FA and Travis deleted the DB, ive asked him to retrieve it for me, but he didn't even make one backup 🙁.

Ill make another one I guess, but ill post it on PS 🙂
