Banner Request [please help]

hi guys,

I'm starting a new forum and im currently looking for a banner. I've got an idea of how I want it to look like, it just so happens that i suck at graphics beyond words. I am hoping somebody will help out, btw if my idea is not easy to design, im open to suggestion on what might suffice as a good banner.

specifications:
Size: 550 X 120
Theme: Community [im using this theme here: you just select outline at the top and check the red one]
Color: Red
Text: Yes.
Young Venturers. Be inspired. [this should be in red since the banner will be white]

what i had in mind, was something where they're two young people (a boy and girl)..just the outline of their bodies [maybe in white? you can use your discretion]..each on either side of the banner who are in mid-air [jumping] or just standing whilst holding it...and the banner will be written "Young Venturers. Be inspired".

Just below the banner..: It's a movement! [this can be graffiti like or just a nice fancy font much like the one used here at forumpromotion.net]

I hope someone will be kind enough to help, unfortunately i don't have much FPCash..

i had something kinda different in mind but this should do.could you make it transparent? im not too sure if it will fit well against a red background..

just a suggestion...can we have maybe two more guys on the other side ..on the right? that would be superb!!

you don't know how amazing its looking right now!!

I was wondering if we could put a different person on the right...and don't worry about keeping strictly to 550...you can stretch it a bit more as it seems to end abruptly there.

Lets change the font for Young Venturers, make it more friendly but fancy..more like the one used on Facebook Logo...text can be either be red or white...but black as the textoutline doesn't seem to go well. For "Be Inspired!" you could try one thats close to "website and forum promotion at its best!"

Okay, this should be the last edition as you have done a great, great job man! I TOTALLY LIKE IT!!

Lets just take off the guy on the right, that was a bad idea, sorry. How about the Young Venturers text a tad smaller [in a different font] and away from that guys shoulder...and lastly without an outline?
