Notes: OK, this is a banner for another style that we have. The banner's background colour must be #E0EAF3 and the text colour must be #003366. We'd like the banner to be kept simple, but stylish, modern & professional, so please use a nice stylish, simple, modern & professional font. I don't really mind how the text is positioned so you can chose where each word goes. Also, can u possibly add a reflection on the words, but NOT a very noticeable reflection just a slight one. You may add decoration to the banner (maybe a nice icon or something to go in the banner), but if you do, please post 2 banners, one with the decoration and one without. I'll +Rep whoever completes this request. Also, can this banner be completed ASAP, thank you.
