Looks good but I need one that is transparent and will work on the background itself. Take all of it out except for the "WebmasterFlux" and the "Tips and Tricks" and the banner it is in and make the rest gone.

Could you try and find a better icon for the banner instead of a gear? I don't think the gear is really good with the banner.
