Banner Schmanner

Hey guys!

I want to make a banner, but I guess I really don't know what to do, or how to get started. Should I invest the time in learning how to do it? I know how to make very basic graphics with the limited program I have, but I just don't understand how to make it work from there.

Or, if someone out there can come up with an idea for a banner for me, that would be pretty choice too. Link to the forum is in the sig.

Could you tell me what editing programs you have. Also you can request someone to make you a banner. This topic is in the wrong section too

Well, all I have is PictureIt, which is really not a whole lot of anything. I can do some stuff on it, but it comes out looking a little sub-par.
