It will go above the best sellers and below the nav bar on the main page. (the Pluto Hosting banner will be replaced by your banner)

I'm looking for about $5, but if you think that's too much, make me a lower offer. I'll look at all offers, but only in US$.

I want to add the banner on October 1st to make it easy to know when it's been up for a month.

If you're offering advertising, it's best not to state when YOU want it up. Is it really so hard to put the date in your phone or calendar? This is what I do. I put it in my calendar on my phone and it alerts me on the day when to take the banners down.
