Anyway, it's decent but the black brushes are just too much and doesn't match the text or background. Either change the opacity or the color to make it less distracting, and it'll look a lot better.

Also, I'm assuming "Extent Design" is the name? If so, you should have both Extent and Design with the same effects, while "start something new" should be different.

People should be able to just glance at a banner and automatically see what the name is, instead of taking a second to look at it.

It's way to blocky and looks "cheap" you got to keep it a bit more cleaner even if your going for a wild style. Make sure every one can see the main "Word" easily then go crazy with everything else.
