Here's what I want:

I want the image to have a nice white background. I want tiny words (But not so tiny you can't read them) going across the image from left the right until you get from the top left of the image to the bottom right. Fill the white background with words that describe a general talk forum. Please place the words in black. Then, in a light blue, place the words The Chat Center on the image like this:
