Doesn't look great and lacks content, then again it is under construction. So I don't really understand why you are promoting your site when it isn't ready to be promoted?
 
Considering it's under construction, it looks nice so far. However, you could change the 'Index' and 'Blog' images to something more appealing. Great work on the banner and layout. It looks great so far, just add some more information to it, and then it'll be excellent.

Oh okay. Well if you feel it should be simple, then that's great. I will have to agree as well because I don't like really detailed things even if it's recommended. The icons do look great though.

Thanks i did all the coding i'm now learning javascript like the time fuction and i might add more icons and more pages if i need them.

That's great. HTML and Java are pretty easy to learn. You're doing good on your site from just making that by yourself.
 
I know I already know css and html and xhtml need to learn php, mysql and javascript.
