Appearance
The appearance of promotion box is so good. The theme is custom made as I already know and it looks very good. The banner that you have is fascinating, it has 2 different fonts used in the design for the banner and the sub text is very creative and unique for your forum. Your icons for marking if a forum is new or not new are very unique as well, implementing a box with the letters "PB" on them which are the forums initials. You also used that same idea for the forum favicon image which also helps with the creativity of the forum because its not often you see people doing that with their forums. The transition between the header of the forum to the navigation bar is very sleek and well developed because the colors blend well together and the header goes from a blue to a darker shade of blue and a nice fade effect as you go down to the navigation bar. Your forums color scheme is a tad dark but also light on some parts but all the colors really blend well together as well as work well with the other colors and makes the forum theme & appearance easy on the eyes and doesn't make anything hard to see. You also have a lot of curved corners to make the edges nice and smooth and really keeping the forums design looking different. Overall, your forums theme & appearance is very well developed and very well designed, easy on the eyes and very creative & unique. Lets move onto the layout of promotion box.
Layout
The layout of promotion box is fascinating! You have a lot of forums & categories for members to post in, you have a neat promo banner at the top of the forum. Your widgets really help show new status updates, new threads that have been made, new members, how many members have been online and what staff are currently online. You can also change their mood with one of the widgets. That really is neat and something you don't see too often. Your forum has a great layout as it seems. You also have a good amount of forums for your to organise your threads & posts into but we will get more into that later on in the review. Overall, promotion box's layout is very well developed. Now lets move onto the statistics & activity of your forum.
Statistics and Activity
Promotion box at this moment has 6,350 registered users and having 303 users online at 1 time which is really good because you are starting to really get your site out there promotional wise and really getting the attention of others and grabbing them with the forum. Your staff have a great activity, you tend to have several staff on at times to lend a hand when others may need it, such as Service Managers, Moderators, Administrators, and you probably will be getting service team members soon to help with the service teams so they will be able to lend a hand with staff activity as well. You also have a great amount of staff to moderate that many members which in the end it will be easier to keep control of all of your members. Overall, you have a great amount of activity and great statistics so far. Lets move onto the content of your forum.
Content
Promotion box has tons of content with 5,745 threads and 60,233 message! That is a great a amount for your forum with having been around for 2 year so far. You really have done a fabulous job getting a large amount of content for your forum which will really grab the attention of many people to visit and know that they have a lot of content right off the bat to post in and get to see once they join. The grammer for a lot of the content is flawless with only a few errors here and there but not very often. The length of your content is very good because there aren't many 1 sentence threads as far as I can see. Overall, your forums content is pretty good and you have a ton of content already. Lets move onto the organisation of promotion box now.
Organisation and SEO
With the large amount of forums & categories that you have, there is a lot of organisation because the threads can be placed in a large variety of forums so that there isn't 1 forum that has tons and tons of threads that shouldn't belong there. That really keep the attention and the interest of the members because it makes it easier for them to find any specific thread that they may be looking for. That also helps make it easier for the members and staff to find a thread that they may want to get some help from. It also makes it easier for the staff to moderate it since they may need to move a thread to the correct forum in the event that a member or other staff misplaced the thread in the wrong forum. Overall, promotion box has quality level of organisation and now, lets wrap up the review with my final words.
