First Impressions:
My first impression of your forum was kind of so-so. I like the idea of your forum and the type of stuff that are being discussed but I'm not really in love with the "look" of your forum. The banner/logo at the top of the forum with the forum name in it looks good but it doesn't really blend in very good with the rest of the forum. I would suggest making a "theme" or finding someone that can make one for you. I would have the "theme" made so that it goes along well with the niche` of the forum. Once that is done, I would focus on creating good discussions on your forum (besides advertising and getting your forum out there) that will interest people and keep them discussing.

Site Structure:
I find it unusual that your off topic area is bigger than the area that covers what is suppose to be the main niche` of your forum. Most people, and I'm not saying you should be like everyone else, have their niche` of their forum and then only a small area for off topic discussions. I would certainly change that around but that is just me. I do like how the "Headquarters" is laid out. It looks very neat and tidy. I would probably change up the descriptions on everything though. You want to be as descriptive as possible to ensure that people know exactly where to post on your forum. Especially if you change up the areas that I just mentioned.
