First Impressions:
When I initally looked at the domain, I was suprised to see it as .rg.gd, this is a domain extension I had not come across. There is a lot of speculation with free domains such as .tk, .ml and .ga and quirky domains can put off some users, but you did say a new domain will come soon. The first thing we see when loading your forum is the catergories which are presented in a very unique manner- they appear to be just links and do not share information such as latest post etc. Which many forums have. The next aspect that meets our eyes is the sidebar which shows your activity, which at the moment doesn't feature any much as your a new forum. These aspects can refelect badly on your site: users are presented with a lot of confusing titles as catergories and the latest activity box isn't very full of activity.

Design Quality:
When it comes to your design and theme, it looks quite good. You have gone with a dark theme with greenish/blueish writing which looks quite nice. The theme is a modified version of "Vienna" for Mybb, but I feel that your version contains less features to guests than the original. The menu navigation bar at the top, is simplistic but a little too simplistic- it only has four pages it links to. The next point is your forum catergories; all of your forum catergories are text links which displays no information on the latest threads & doesn't give a description. This can be quite overwhelming, you are presented with a lot of words to scan over rather than images to with it or a description, this area was quite confusing to me even. In the future I would reccomend changing the layout of your catergories. The theme in other places, such as posts and profiles, does look quite good however and flows well with the site.

Overall, I feel like your forum certainly needs some more activity and some work on the theme but does have a good potential. I wish you good luck with your forum in the future.
